For a Tech Sales Engg/BDM 3-5 years’ experience in the lighting industry. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to align project goals with client requirements. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for managing project proposals, assisting in contract negotiations, and providing after-sales support to enhance client satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves market research to identify potential markets and trends, as well as attending industry events to enhance market presence. Qualifications: Proven skills in business development, market research,



and identifying and engaging potential clients. Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships, contract negotiation, and customer support. Project management and planning skills, including coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with the architectural and lighting industry is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Electricals, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA would be a plus.
