Experience in technical sales of Industrial Valves, Pumps, Instrumentation, Flow Control Products, or similar industrial equipment.

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sr. Sales Engineer / Assistant Manager – Technical Sales to drive the sales of industrial valves, instrumentation, and related engineering products across India. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent customer relationship skills, and experience in managing industrial sales within sectors such as Oil & Gas, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Power, Water Treatment, EPC, and Process Industries.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, handling key customer accounts, managing dealer networks, coordinating with principal companies, and working closely with internal engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell industrial valves, instrumentation, pumps, and other engineering products across India.




- Identify current business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, dealers, and end users.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings to showcase product capabilities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and participate in tender submissions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with engineering, application, and project teams for smooth order execution and timely delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers, principal companies, and internal teams.
- Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks to increase market reach.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales while maintaining profitability.
