Paid Media Specialist Chennai India At Vendasta we re leading the AI revolution from right here in Saskatoon and beyond We work together to empower our partners and customers through our AI-powered customer acquisition and engagement platform to help them get more customers and keep them About the Job We re looking for a Paid Media Specialist who is energized by AI-powered performance marketing and excited to drive campaign excellence and automation at scale In this role you ll play a key part in helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed while shaping the future of AI for local economies Note This role requires working in CST shift hours from 7 30 PM to 4 30 AM IST at our Chennai office Work from Office Your Impact As a Paid Media Specialist you ll work with the Paid Media Services team and cross-functional stakeholders including AI R D and Product to Launch manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Bing Meta and other platforms using AI-enhanced workflows Develop and iterate on prompt templates and automation tools to improve ad performance and execution efficiency Create and communicate data-driven insights and campaign results using AI-powered analytics and reporting tools What you bring to the table You bring 2 years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager You have a solid understanding of campaign structure targeting bidding and ad-serving technologies like Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel You re confident interpreting KPIs such as ROAS CPA CTR and using analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Looker Studio You are proficient with generative AI tools e g ChatGPT Jasper Copy ai using them to streamline workflows generate ad creatives and analyze performance You are familiar with prompt iteration and understand the importance of ethical and human oversight in AI applications Preferred qualifications include Experience with AI-driven analytics tools e g Adzooma
