The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, supporting business hiring objectives through proactive sourcing strategies, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of high-quality candidate pipelines. The role involves partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of workforce requirements while maintaining a solid candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding support Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, professional networks, internal databases, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques Conduct candidate screening interviews to assess skills, experience, and role alignment Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and stakeholders Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire,
