The EzyColour Customer Associate is responsible for generating painting service business, converting customer leads into confirmed projects, and ensuring seamless end-to-end execution of painting services. The role involves customer interaction, site visits, measurements, quotation preparation, contractor coordination, and project supervision while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Generation
- Handle painting service leads shared by the Central Business Team.
- Convert walk-in customers and dealer referrals into painting service orders.
- Generate recent business by identifying potential customers through:
- Under-construction house visits
- Area mapping and geography scanning
- Housing society campaigns
- Mall and kiosk promotional activities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase conversions.
2. Customer Consultation
- Visit customer sites to understand painting requirements.
- Take accurate site measurements.
- Prepare and explain quotations.
- Address customer queries and provide suitable painting solutions.
- Follow up with customers until order confirmation.
3. Project Execution
- Assign approved projects to contractors.
- Coordinate with contractors for smooth project execution.
- Monitor work quality and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure all projects are completed as per Asian Paints quality standards.
4. Site Supervision
- Supervise painting work from project initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with contractors to resolve on-site issues.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct final inspections before project handover.
5. Customer Complaint Resolution
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to resolve issues.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction during and after service delivery.
