The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role focused on designing, building, and deploying AI-powered features that enhance document creation, content management, knowledge retrieval, workflow automation, and intelligent decision support.

You'll work closely with engineering, product, UX, and domain experts to transform complex datasets and business processes into practical AI solutions. The environment is cloud-native and AWS-focused, providing an prospect to work with modern AI architectures, large language models, retrieval systems,



and enterprise-grade AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

AI Product Development
- Design, build, and enhance AI-powered product capabilities.
- Develop practical AI features that improve productivity, automation, and user outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to create business value.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI into core workflows.

Document Automation & Content Generation
- Develop AI-assisted document creation and content generation capabilities.
- Build intelligent document assembly and authoring workflows.
- Support automated summarisation, classification, extraction, and content recommendations.
- Create frameworks that maintain structure, terminology, traceability, and consistency.
- Enable human-in-the-loop review and approval processes for AI-generated
