As a PMO Team Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered in line with ERM's systems, processes, and compliance standards. You will act as a key partner to project teams—supporting resourcing, forecasting, and risk management—while providing hands-on guidance to keep delivery on track.

This is a highly operational role, suited for someone who understands how projects are executed on the ground and can translate that knowledge into strong governance and performance outcomes.

What Your Impact Is
- Ensure system compliance by aligning project delivery with ERM's processes, tools,



and governance frameworks.
- Support effective project execution through hands-on involvement in delivery activities and problem-solving.
- Drive resource planning and forecasting, ensuring the right talent is allocated to projects at the right time.
- Monitor and manage project risks, proactively identifying issues and supporting mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to financial oversight, including budgeting and utilization tracking.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, while maintaining a strong focus on delivery and outcomes (people leadership is key but secondary to execution in this role).

Required

What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, sustainability, or a related field.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in project delivery, PMO, or consulting environments.
