The Senior Workday Support Analyst with focus areas of HiredScore and Workday Talent Management and Performance support is a dual-role position is responsible for managing and optimizing the HiredScore platform, ensuring seamless integration with Workday Talent Management and Performance, and providing technical support for talent processes. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of talent management technologies and system administration working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance employee development, performance management, and internal mobility while driving operational efficiency. This position will receive indirect work direction from the Workday lead analyst for each respective domain area.
The HiredScore Application Administrator expert is responsible for the optimization,
support, and maintenance of the organization's HiredScore AI for Recruiting platform. This role ensures seamless operation of AI-driven talent acquisition workflows, prioritizing system performance, data integrity, and user support.
