The role is responsible for owning, managing, and continuously improving defined operational processes across systems, product, invoicing, and data management activities. The successful candidate will ensure efficient, scalable, and controlled workflows that support Sage's operational data governance framework while enabling seamless business and sales operations. This position plays a key role in driving process excellence, operational efficiency, data integrity, and continuous improvement across the organization. Key Accountabilities Own, manage, and optimize operational processes related to product setup, maintenance, and change management, establishing transparent performance measures and service standards. Translate business requirements, challenges, and opportunities into structured operational solutions that support product, pricing, invoicing, and master data management. Ensure operational processes are scalable, compliant, well-controlled, and aligned with business objectives and governance requirements.
Lead and deliver operational improvements and process changes from identification through implementation and post-deployment review. Investigate and diagnose root causes across systems, data, and operational processes to maintain business continuity and support sales operations. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operational delivery and alignment across the wider business. Support business transformation, transition initiatives, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and other operational projects as required.
