Finance Planning and Analysis specialist Blis is looking for a Financial Planning and Analyst Specialist based in Mumbai working for our EMEA,APAC and US subsidiaries. The Financial Planning and Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting business decisions by collaborating with various teams to provide essential commercial finance analysis. The role involves producing weekly sales reports, preparing a three-month revenue outlook, and issuing these to senior management. Additionally, the analyst will review and prepare global monthly analysis packs and support the Senior FP&A; Manager in producing monthly board packs. Afternoon Shift : 2 pm - 10 pm IST (Mon -Fri) Key Responsibilities Collaborate with teams to provide essential commercial finance analysis. Produce weekly sales reports and a three-month revenue outlook, issuing them to senior management. Review and prepare global monthly analysis packs. Support the Senior FP&A; Manager in producing monthly board packs. Work closely with the Commercial Finance Controller/Finance Business Partner to prepare ad hoc analysis.
Assist in managing the CRM system to ensure all information is correct and up to date.Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior year. Produce monthly ROI reports. Support the creation of monthly country packs containing financial and operational data specific to each country or region where the company operates. Skills and requirements CA,CPA qualified with 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roles Analytical Skills: Solid quantitative and analytical abilities, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis tools(Excel, Tableau), and familiarity with ERP and financial software.
