Scope and responsibilities

Foreign Exchange & Exposure Management
- Stage FX orders to raise cash and hedge currency risk, including FX spot, forwards, and options.
- Monitor open FX positions, mark-to-market (MTM) valuations, and P&L; impact.




- Track exposure versus hedge coverage and identify over-hedged or under-hedged positions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly FX exposure and hedge reports.
- Identify, measure, and mitigate process risk, particularly related to FX risk.

Cash Management & Deal Funding
- Forecast available cash balances.
- Ensure cash availability for upcoming purchases, redemptions, deal funding, and other transactions.
- Monitor for and prevent account overdrafts across multiple currencies.
- Work with investment teams to ensure cash availability for upcoming investment activity.
- Facilitate deal funding and cash positioning to support private deal transactions within demanding timelines.
- Manage cash movements through complex legal entity structures.

Operations, Reporting & Process Improvement
- Address daily operational issues, understand root causes, and implement process improvements.
