The Senior Fragrance Development Manager – Fine Fragrance is responsible for leading and managing fine fragrance development projects, both proactive and reactive, in response to client briefs and strategic market opportunities. The role works in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Perfumers, and global HQ teams to define and implement fragrance strategies that strengthen the local fine fragrance portfolio and drive business growth, with a strong focus on the Indian market. ?️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day Lead fine fragrance development projects aligned with client briefs, category strategy, and commercial objectives.



Evaluate fragrance developments and contribute to collection and concept build-up in partnership with FDM team and Perfumers. Create, maintain, and continuously upgrade the local fine fragrance library in collaboration with HQ teams. Guide and support Perfumers during developments to ensure optimal fragrance outcomes, where required. Recommend fragrance submissions best adapted to brief parameters, market needs, and olfactive direction. Develop and maintain strong knowledge of competitive market products across relevant fine fragrance segments. Detect emerging olfactive trends and consumer preferences, working closely with Marketing to translate insights into fragrance solutions. Manage fragrance development projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality, and internal alignment.
