Brand Marketing | Airtel Finance

Build India's next iconic financial services brand.

Airtel Finance is one of India's fastest-growing digital financial services platforms, helping millions of customers

access loans, credit cards, credit insights, insurance and payments—all within the trusted Airtel ecosystem.

We're looking for an experienced brand leader who is excited by one challenge above all else: building a financial

services brand that millions of Indians actively choose, trust and talk about.

This role goes far beyond creating campaigns. You'll shape how Airtel Finance shows up across culture, content,

products and customer experiences while partnering closely with product, growth, business and leadership teams

to drive both brand love and business growth.

If you've built brands in fintech, banking, payments, ecommerce or quick commerce—and understand how modern

brands grow through creators, communities, content and digital ecosystems—we'd love to meet you.

What you'll own

Build the Airtel Finance brand





• Define the long-term brand strategy and positioning for Airtel Finance across lending, payments and financial services.

• Develop compelling narratives that build trust, preference and salience in a highly competitive category.

• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, ATL, partnerships and owned channels.

Make content a growth engine

• Build an always-on content ecosystem that educates, entertains and earns attention.

• Develop creator and influencer strategies that make Airtel Finance part of everyday financial

conversations.

• Identify cultural moments and emerging trends to create relevant, talk-worthy brand experiences.

Drive product and feature marketing

• Partner with product and growth teams to bring recent launches and features to market.

• Craft compelling value propositions that simplify complex financial products into intuitive customer

benefits.
