Position Overview
We are seeking a energetic Senior Consultant to join our Property Management consulting team. This role involves delivering strategic advisory services to institutional clients, property owners, and real estate investors to optimize their property management operations, enhance asset performance, and drive operational excellence across diverse real estate portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Advisory Services Conduct comprehensive property management assessments and operational audits for clients across office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties. Develop strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance tenant satisfaction. Lead due diligence activities for property acquisitions and portfolio transactions, evaluating existing management structures and identifying optimization opportunities.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management Serve as primary consultant liaison for assigned client accounts, building trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives, asset managers,
and property owners. Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders through compelling presentations and detailed analytical reports. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring exceptional client service standards.
Operational Excellence Initiatives Design and implement property management technology solutions, including property management systems, IoT integrations, and data analytics platforms. Develop standardized operating procedures, performance metrics, and benchmarking frameworks to drive consistency across client portfolios. Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and process improvement.
Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership Research industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies affecting property management operations. Contribute to thought leadership content including whitepapers, market reports, and
