Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS). Work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA to ensure seamless requirement implementation. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe delivery models.
Analyze insurance business processes related to Policy Administration and Claims Management. Manage requirement changes and prioritize deliverables in dynamic project environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Must-Have Skills 6–9 years of Business Analysis experience. Mandatory JLPT N2 or above certification with bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English . Strong experience in BRD, FSD, SRS, use cases, and requirement documentation. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or Protected). Strong domain knowledge in the Insurance industry , with expertise in Policy Administration and Claims Management . Experience with Jira , Azure DevOps , Confluence , Visio , and Tableau . Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
