, Permanent Position: Airport Ground Staff Job
Description: We are looking for dynamic and customer-oriented
individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As part of
the ground staff team, you will be responsible for ensuring a
smooth and efficient operation at the airport, providing excellent
customer service to passengers, and maintaining a safe and secure
environment. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at
check-in, boarding, and arrival areas - Handle baggage and cargo,
including loading and unloading from aircraft - Perform security
checks and screening of passengers and their luggage - Provide
information and assistance to passengers regarding flight
schedules, delays, and other inquiries - Conduct safety and
security procedures in accordance with airport regulations -
Coordinate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure timely
and efficient operations - Handle customer complaints and resolve
issues in a skilled and timely manner - Maintain a clean and
organized work area - Adhere to all safety and security protocols
and procedures - Assist in emergency situations and follow
emergency protocols as needed Requirements: - High school diploma
or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or related
field preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong
problem-solving and decision-making skills - Willingness to work
flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Physically fit
and able to lift heavy objects - Basic computer skills - Knowledge
