- Implementation of authorization changes

Tasks (Description Of Main Tasks)
- Support for user and authorization management in all SAP solutions
- First and Second Level Support for end users via ticket system, e-mail or telephone
- Executing administrative activities
- Support for tools within user and authorization management
- Collaboration within international authorization project
- Provide support and contribute to the resolution of end-user support requests.
- Execute technical integration across various SAP systems at Schaeffler.




- Serve as a key contact for functional and technical requirements of existing applications.
- Analyze and understand technical requirements to translate them into development tasks.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth implementation and continuous application development.

Your Qualifications

Your Qualification
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP ERP environments, especially R/3 and S/4HANA systems. At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in this field
- Proven experience in coding and implementing interfaces to SAP systems.
- Experience in supporting end-users and handling support inquiries.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a technical point of contact.
- Advantageous: Knowledge in SAP Authorization Management / Security and access rights.
