The Prospect We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to support day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations for our India-based offices. This role will be responsible for vendor payments, customer invoicing, collections support, and local statutory tax payments in India. Experience with NetSuite is a must as we've recently migrated to the platform. What You'll Do Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices accurately and on time Execute vendor payments per agreed terms Maintain vendor records and resolve invoice discrepancies Manage employee expense reimbursements Ensure adherence to internal controls and documentation standards Accounts Receivable (AR):
