We are seeking a motivated Junior Consultant specializing in IDMC Development & Administration to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in data management and a robust technical background to support our clients in optimizing their data processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and administration of IDMC (Integrated Data Management and Control) systems.
- Support project teams in the implementation of IDMC solutions across various clients.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to improve data management processes.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare documentation and training materials for users of IDMC systems.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on IDMC best practices and technologies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data management tools and software, particularly in IDMC technologies.
- Strong understanding of database management and data governance principles.
- Experience with data integration techniques and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, or Java is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
