The role involves analyzing legacy reporting systems,
designing Epic-based BI solutions, and ensuring data accuracy, validation, and seamless transition across healthcare data platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead BI and reporting workstreams during Cerner to Epic migration projects. Analyze existing Cerner reports, dashboards, and data structures; map them to Epic equivalents. Design, develop, and optimize reports using Epic BI tools: Cogito Clarity Caboodle Radar Dashboards Work with Snowflake as a data source for reporting and analytics. Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements. Ensure data integrity, validation, and reconciliation between Cerner and Epic systems. Develop data migration validation frameworks and audit reports. Create and maintain documentation for BI solutions, data mappings, and report logic.
