In this role, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs, including ticketing, check-in, and boarding processes. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all passengers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, ticketing counters, and boarding gates - Process ticket sales, changes, and cancellations - Check passports, visas, and other required documents for international travel - Answer inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, fares,
