Audit Manager II, Risk in AIT leads a team of and Managers and senior auditors who perform audits and deep dives to identify defects and generate insights and through a partnership with core business teams, contribute to key goals that help improve Seller/Buyer experience on Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of a team of senior auditors including planning of program audits, quality control, audit task allocation and reporting
- Oversee the hiring & training of new team members and support their development
- Ensure productivity is maximized through supervision, training, analysis, and feedback of performance data on a periodic basis
- Work closely with Process Improvement PM on weekly flash to identify any key learnings /findings and metrics with regards to Ops Process Adherence, Program Improvement Chance, Escalation Management opportunity.
- Collect, track, & present metrics related to processes, team accuracy and efficiency, and drive improvements in efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with other operations and/or program managers regarding risks, mitigation strategies, and success of QA Program
- Continuously evaluate tools and processes and offer solutions to ensure they are efficient, high quality, and scalable
- Utilize strategic thinking to plan/develop team and site growth to support program delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
- Lead diverse talent within the team, work cross-functionally, and build consensus on difficult issues
- Highlight weekly best performers by partnering with employee experience manager and bring out the best in the team.
