About The Role
We are seeking a Group Product Manager (GPM) who is both a world-class operator and an player- coach. In this role, you will have the dual responsibility:
- Champion Product Excellence: You will mentor and guide other Product Managers across MonetizeMore, transforming our product organization into a best-in-class, outcome-driven Product Operating Model (inspired by modern frameworks like Marty Cagan's Silicon Valley Product Group)
- Own the Product Management for Advanced Ads (Interim):
You will drive the strategy, growth, and execution of Advanced Ads—our leading ad-management platform powering over 150,000 websites worldwide
You don't just build features to check boxes; you build solutions that move the needle on business goals, and you enable the PMs on your team to do the same.
Core Responsibilities
- Leadership & Product Operating Model Excellence
- Mentorship & Coaching: Serve as a player-coach to other Product Managers, guiding them to elevate their product craft, execution, and strategic thinking
- Outcome over Output: Evangelize the shift from feature-factory mindsets to an outcome-driven culture. Train PMs to obsess over business results and customer impact rather than sprint velocity and story points
- Framework Standardizing: Implement modern product operating model principles (e.g., product trios, data-informed decision making, rapid prototyping, and de-risking assumptio
