About the Role:
This role will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting, ensuring integrity of books, solid controls,
and effective financial governance. The role acts as
a bridge between transactional accounting and financial reporting, supporting both statutory and management reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial audits, statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory reporting requirements for multiple entities
- Ensure balance sheet integrity through regular review and substantiation
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with agreed timelines
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS) and draft whitepapers on various technical accounting topics
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders including FP&A;, Tax, Treasury, and Business teams
- Drive timely resolution of audit observations and control gaps
- Ensure timely closure of open items and perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues
- Maintain robust documentation
