Designation: Head Marketing

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer/Founder

HQ: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

The Role:

The Marketing Practice Head will lead the organization's corporate marketing function while building and scaling the Marketing Practice as a strategic business vertical. This leadership role is responsible for strengthening the company's brand, driving demand generation, enabling sales growth, and developing market-leading marketing services for clients.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing within IT Services, Digital Transformation, Consulting, SaaS, or Technology organizations, with proven expertise in developing marketing strategies, digital transformation initiatives, brand positioning, and marketing consulting. The individual should possess a strong blend of strategic thinking, execution excellence, client engagement, and practice management capabilities.

This role will work closely with Sales, Business Units, Delivery, Leadership,



Technology Partners, and Customers to position the organization as a trusted Digital Transformation partner while establishing a high-performing Marketing Practice delivering measurable business outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Practice Leadership

-Build, lead, and scale the Marketing Practice as a strategic client service offering.

-Define the vision, service portfolio, methodologies, frameworks, and delivery capabilities for the Marketing Practice.
