Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Non-EB Claims Specialist to manage and process insurance claims for non-employee benefits (Non-EB) policies. The role involves ensuring accurate documentation, timely claim settlements, and adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, process,



and settle Non-EB insurance claims efficiently
- Review claim submissions, validate supporting documents, and ensure compliance with policy terms
- Communicate with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve inquiries.
- Conduct investigations for complex claims, liaising with assessors and legal teams when required.
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines in claim settlements.
- Prepare and submit claim reports, updates, and analysis to management.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience: Proven experience in handling Non-EB insurance claims

Skills:
- Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Proficiency in claims management software and data analysis tools is a tool.
