Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Talend Developer to design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions and data integration pipelines. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Talend, data warehousing, and database technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy ETL jobs using Talend Data Integration / Big Data.
- Build and optimize data pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources.
- Develop reusable Talend components, routines, and job templates.
- Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and perform performance tuning.
- Integrate data from various sources including RDBMS, flat files, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ETL jobs.
- Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business teams to understand requirements.
- Schedule, monitor, and manage jobs using TAC (Talend Administration Center).




- Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to best practices and standards.

Required Skills:
- 6-9 years of total experience with strong hands-on expertise in Talend (DI / Big Data / Cloud).
- Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data modeling.
- Experience with Talend job design, optimization, and TAC.
- Knowledge of Java for custom Talend components/routines.
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Hive, Spark) is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) preferred.
- Knowledge of scheduling tools, version control (Git), and CI/CD practices.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
