Role Description The Production Manager – Commercial Refrigeration is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role oversees end-to-end production planning and execution for commercial refrigeration equipment, ensuring output meets quality,



safety, and performance standards. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with design, procurement, and installation teams, and optimizing resources, workflows, and machinery utilization. The Production Manager monitors production metrics, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with ISO and internal quality systems. The role also involves supervising and mentoring production staff, maintaining a safe work workplace, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet customer timelines and specifications.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems, stainless steel fabrication processes, and food service equipment manufacturing or similar field
- Experience in production planning, workflow optimization, and resource allocation in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in quality management practices, ISO 9000
