As part of Amazon Delivery's PRISM (Central TPM)
organization, you will own the end-to-end program strategy for last mile initiatives, driving cross-functional alignment across business, product, and engineering teams to launch and scale programs that move the needle on delivery speed. You will partner with senior leaders across multiple organizations to define priorities, remove blockers, and deliver results.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, brings strong business and technical judgment, and has a track record of delivering complex programs. You are a crisp communicator who can influence at the VP level and translate business goals into actionable roadmaps.
