You will work closely with project managers, internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

What You Will Do
- Project Planning & Execution Support
- Assist in developing structured project plans, timelines, and schedules
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
- Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively flag risks
- Maintain comprehensive and organized project documentation
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Schedule, confirm, and manage client meetings and follow-ups
- Coordinate appointments, discussions, and review sessions
- Prepare meeting agendas and document Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
- Track action items and ensure timely closure
- Ensure consistent and professional communi
