Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities at SFC learning centres and government schools.
- Teach students whenever required and guide teachers on creative teaching methodologies.
- Supervise teachers, interns, and volunteers to ensure smooth implementation of project activities.
- Maintain student attendance, assessment records, and monthly progress reports.
- Develop worksheets, learning resources, and educational content for students.
- Organize awareness sessions, workshops, and capacity-building activities on health, hygiene, life skills, digital literacy, career guidance, and environmental education.
- Coordinate with school principals, teachers, and community members to ensure the smooth execution of activities.
- Plan and execute school events, employee engagement activities, educational campaigns, and community outreach programs.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor project quality, collect data, and prepare activity and impact reports.
- Prepare project documentation, presentations,



reports, photographs, case studies, and success stories.
- Support fundraising initiatives and assist in preparing proposals and reports.
- Manage social media updates, basic graphic design, photography, and activity documentation.
- Generate admissions and strengthen community participation in SFC programmes.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities while maintaining professionalism, punctuality, accountability, and quality Standards.
