About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, target-driven Relationship Manager – Prive to join our growth engine at Bajaj Broking. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and scaling high-ticket HNI/UHNI client portfolios across Equity, Derivatives (F&O;), Wealth Products, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Mutual Funds, and Margin Trading Facility (MTF).

Key Responsibilities
- HNI / UHNI Client Acquisition: Proactively acquire new HNI, UHNI, and Family Office clients across Delhi/NCR through direct networking, cold outreach, client referrals, and cross-selling.
- Broking Revenue Generation: Drive active trading volume and brokerage generation by providing market insights, daily trading ideas, and research reports in coordination with internal equity research teams.
- Client Relationship Management:



Manage and deepen relationships with an elite portfolio of HNI clients, conducting periodic portfolio reviews, performance updates, and market briefings.
- Cross-Selling & Wallet Share Expansion: Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products (e.g., IPOs, Corporate Bonds, MTF funding) to maximize total revenue per client.

What We Are Looking For
- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or Economics. MBA / CFA / CFP preferred.
- Mandatory Certifications: Valid NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) and NISM Series V-A (Mutual Funds) certifications.
- Experience: 3 to 8 years of proven track record in PCG Sales, Wealth Management, or Equity Broking with a reputed stockbroking firm, private bank, or wealth management firm.
- Regional Network: A solid, existing network of HNI/UHNI clients and business channels across Delhi-NCR (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida).
