Scope And Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain well-structured, user-friendly Workday reports and dashboards, primarily in the Workday Financials and exposure to HCM modules
- Apply best practices in report design, including layout, usability, performance, and data clarity




- Build reports based on documented business requirements and technical specifications
- Partner directly with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate reporting requirements
- Translate functional and business needs into effective Workday reporting designs and solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all delivered reports
- Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for reports
- Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing reports for performance and usability
- Support reporting deliverables related to major initiatives (e.g., GL migration, financial transformations)
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams as needed
- Adhere to SDLC and change management processes
