Role Summary This role is responsible for managing accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audit activities for the entity. The incumbent will oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, support process improvement initiatives, and manage a team while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities: + Financial Reporting and Accounting + Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities + Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and fixed asset accounting + Support preparation and review of financial statements and disclosures in accordance with Ind AS, Companies Act requirements, and US GAAP reporting requirements + Provide accounting guidance on routine and moderately complex transactions + Perform analytical review of balance sheet and PandL
