The role

Role & Responsibilities
- Triage and diagnose incidents related to storefront availability, cart, checkout, pricing/promotions, product display, search and order flows across both SFRA and PWA storefronts
- Monitor site performance, order processing and integration jobs (import/export, API calls) and raise alerts on anomalies within agreed SLA windows
- Investigate issues linked to payment service provider integrations (e.g. card and alternative payment methods), PSP callbacks, tax and fraud screening, and checkout errors
- Perform first-level analysis on integration flows with PIM, DAM, ERP/OMS and fulfilment systems via the integration/middleware la
