ROLES ACCOUNTABILITIES:
IHM Maintenance
- Examine purchase orders and raise queries with vendors for clarification or corrections
- Review Material Declarations (MD) and Supplier Declarations of Conformity (SDoC) submitted by vendors to ensure adequacy and compliance
- Coordinate with vendors for revision and timely resubmission of MDs and SDoCs
- Maintain and update operational records, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures
- Monitor and process fleet-related documentation and system records for document management
Other Projects
- Assist during site supervision of recycling projects and ship visits
Requirements
KEY SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES:
Technical Skills
- Office 365, Auto CAD
- Ability to work with AI-assisted tools and validate data accuracy
Professional Skills
- IHM Maintenance / Non Destructive Testing / Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement
- Good business communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to review technical compliance documents
QUALIFIED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- Bachelor of science, BE (Naval Arch, Mechanical)
- Minimum 1 years working experience
- Prior experience in marine on-site projects (preferred)
