, Permanent Position: Airport Passenger Support Staff
Airstriprealtech is a leading airport management company based in
Pune, Maharashtra. We are currently seeking dedicated and
customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Passenger
Support Staff. As an Airport Passenger Support Staff, you will be
responsible for providing exceptional customer service to
passengers at the airport. Your main duties will include assisting
passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding
procedures, as well as addressing any inquiries or concerns they
may have. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome passengers at
the airport - Assist passengers with check-in procedures, including
issuing boarding passes and baggage tags - Handle baggage and
ensure it is properly tagged and loaded onto the correct flight -
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight
schedules, delays, and gate changes - Assist passengers with
boarding procedures and ensure a smooth and timely boarding process
- Handle any inquiries or concerns from passengers in a
professional and courteous manner - Collaborate with other airport
staff and airlines to ensure efficient and safe operations - Follow
all safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of
passengers and airport personnel - Maintain a clean and organized
work area at all times - Attend training and meetings as required
by the company Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is preferred - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a
quick-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving skills
and ability to remain calm under pressure - Must be able to work
flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Must be
physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - Knowledge of
