We have multiple openings for sales department for our client (Elevator company) as follows: Sr. Manager / AGM Sales - Navi Mumbai (candidates must be from elevator/lifts industry) Assistant Manager - Mumbai / Navi Mumbai (candidates can be from Elevator/Building construction/HVAC/EPC/Electrical Engineering/Parking industry) Sales Manager - Pune & Kolkata (candidates must be from elevator/lifts industry) Sales Executive - Nashik (candidates must be from elevator/lifts industry) (Salary will be discussed during the shortlisting process, depending on the designation and experience) Role & responsibilities 1. Sales Team Leadership: Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of the sales team within the branch. Provide necessary support and motivation to the sales team to achieve assigned targets. 2. Market Analysis and Client Development: Conduct market surveys to identify potential client bases for generating new business opportunities. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to develop effective sales strategies. 3. Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and key decision-makers. Regularly interact with existing clients to foster solid business relations, retain clients, and assess future requirements. 4. Sales Strategy Development: Devise pricing strategies based on market trends and customer needs. Provide customized solutions tailored to client requirements and project specifications. 5. Training and Development: Train, coach, and motivate the sales team on sales techniques and current market trends to enhance sales revenue. 6. Lead Generation and Field Visits: Generate leads through surveys, site visits, and client interactions, directly or through the Team. Ensure team members complete 6-8 client/field visits per day, aiming to generate at least 3 inquiries daily. 7.
