Job Title: Sr Associate Finance

Role overview:

We are looking for a dynamic finance professional to manage financial reporting, audits, and end-to-end finance operations. The role involves working on Ind AS financials, handling audits, and managing operational finance activities including vendor payments, compliance, and reconciliations.

On a typical day you will:
- Preparation of financial statements in compliance with Ind Acoounting.
- Handling month-end and year-end closing activities
- Leading statutory audits and supporting internal & tax audits
- Managing vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and payments (P2P cycle)
- Processing employee reimbursements and corporate credit card reconciliations
- Managing banking operations, including payments and bank reconciliations
- Handling foreign outward remittances and related compliances




- Ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, EPF, PT, and other statutory requirements
- Performing ledger reconciliations and maintaining financial records
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams (HR, Admin, Procurement, etc.)
- Supporting fixed asset verification and maintaining FAR
- Maintaining proper documentation and audit trails

What you will need to be successful:
- Qualified CA / CMA / CA Inter/MBA
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS and audit handling
- Experience in end-to-end finance operations
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in JDE (JD Edwards) is an added advantage
