Founders - 3 Founders, All ex-CHROs bring over 7 decades of professional experience between them. 2 year old set-up; has scaled to about $4Mn ARR in Revenue and Growing. Clients include PhonePe, HDFC Ergo, MediBuddy etc. This is the first Sales Leader that they are hiring - Thus this will be an individual contributor role. Also, it will also give an opportunity to build and scale the sales function ground-up Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation: Source, qualify, and generate new high-value leads through direct outreach, networking, cold calling, and industry events. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust personal sales pipeline using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring accurate tracking, forecasting, and reporting of all sales activities and progress. Consultative Selling & Deal Closure: Conduct in-depth needs analysis and deliver compelling, tailored presentations and proposals to key decision-makers (including C-suite executives).



Lead contract negotiations and close deals, focusing on providing value-added solutions to meet client business objectives. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with high-value clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction, retention, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies and positioning effectively. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer success, legal) to align sales efforts, ensure seamless client onboarding, and deliver exceptional service. Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual individual sales quotas and revenue targets.
