The role involves designing,



developing, and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions while supporting enterprise-level clients such as telecom domain engagements. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITAM solutions, with a focus on Software Asset Management (SAM). Lead and contribute to end-to-end SAM implementations, including licensing, compliance, and optimization. Customize and configure ServiceNow modules using best practices and platform standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, estimations, and client presentations.
