Job Description (M4)
- Leads and manages a multidisciplinary team, driving New Product Introduction (NPI)



initiatives from concept through engineering release.
- Oversee design, development, DFMA evaluation, validation, and complete engineering release cycle activities while ensuring alignment with safety, quality, cost, and performance objectives.
- Establishes and enhances engineering processes, technical standards, and best practices to support efficient product development, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge and exposure to AI/ML implementation in engineering design, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives will be considered an added advantage.
