About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist with experience in the IT Staffing and Recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and expanding our client portfolio across the US market.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment services, and the ability to identify and close new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients in the IT Staffing and Recruitment industry.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule meetings with hiring managers, procurement teams, MSPs, and direct clients.
- Present the company's staffing, recruitment, RPO, and offshore hiring services.




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
- Prepare proposals, capability presentations, and pricing discussions.
- Negotiate contracts, MSAs, NDAs, and commercial terms.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Track business development activities using CRM tools.
- Stay updated with staffing market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.

Required Skills
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Development within IT Staffing or Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US staffing, recruitment lifecycle, and hiring processes.
- Experience working with Direct Clients, MSPs, and Vendor Networks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Ability to work independently
