Our client is one of India's leading manufacturers of Gums, Gum Derivatives, Hydrocolloids, Stabilisers, and Custom Gum Blends, serving a wide range of industries including Personal Care, Cosmetics, Food, Pharmaceuticals, Nutrition, Pet Food, Oil & Gas, Paper, Textiles, Mining, and Explosives.

Position

Manager – Sales & Marketing (Personal Care)

Experience Required

Minimum 10+ years of Sales & Marketing experience in Personal Care additives, cosmetic ingredients, specialty chemicals, hydrocolloids, emulsifiers, or related products.

Strong exposure to the Indian Personal Care & Cosmetics market.

Experience in handling distributors, OEMs, manufacturers, and key accounts.

Willing to travel extensively across India.

Educational Qualification





Bachelor's Degree in Cosmetology or a related discipline.

Diploma in Marketing or MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred.

Good knowledge of MS Office and business reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth for the Personal Care product portfolio across India.

Develop new business opportunities and acquire recent customers.

Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

Identify and appoint new distributors, dealers, agents, and stockists.

Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis, and MIS reports.

Execute sales and marketing strategies independently and with senior leadership.

Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams for smooth business operations.

Achieve annual sales targets and contribute to year-on-year business growth.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
