Purpose of the Role The role exists to provide financial inputs to Strategy Ecosystem Management Sustainability CVP Business Transformation IB departments for both TMPV TPEM entities - Collaborating with business stakeholders to help deliver business targets and achieving performance excellence while ensuring effective cost controls maintaining valuable financial hygiene with full statutory compliances Job Responsibility Business Partnering for formulating schemes policies business cases providing support to resolve financial issues queries driving Strategic Alliances Business Transformation initiatives as Finance SPOC and acting as a bridge between business other departments like FP A controlling taxation TMLBSL GL teams Controlling Monitoring Budgeting of expenses for all strategic areas including Ecosystem Partnerships Sustainability Business Transformation CVP workstreams at PAN India level and IB areas including VME FME and other fixed costs Preparation of Monthly Fortnightly MIS Variance Analysis with regular governance reporting to respective stakeholders and Schedules required for management audit compliance along with regrouping entries other JVs as per accounting compliance requirement of Direct tax IDT GST SOX IND AS and statutory audits etc Evaluation of key business processes transactions for potential weakness risks and putting in additional controls either through automation or by strengthening the review mechanism Tracking maintaining Cash Conserved Generated Other Benefit Realised Spend Effectiveness for all strategic areas while also identifying improvement opportunities for cost saving margin improvement FP A role to drive financial performance and business growth for PV EV International Business Liaison with Internal and external auditors to provide all necessary support for smooth and timely completion of statutory audit with nil audit observations Stakeholder Profiles Nature of Interactions Internal Business Stakeholders - Partnering with Business
