The role focuses on interim valuations, change management, cost reporting, cashflow forecasting, and final account preparation, while providing technical cost advice based on construction methods, materials, and labor. The position supports accurate financial control, risk management, and effective collaboration with project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved. General Description of Role and Responsibilities: Measurement & Quantification Undertake quantity take-offs for Electrical, Firefighting, Plumbing,



and HVAC works using applicable standards. Use software tools (e.g., Cost X, AutoCAD) for quantity take-off and summarize quantities, transfer data into BOQs or cost plans, including carrying out bulk checks. Draft or Validate Bills of Quantities, including carrying out bulk checks. Cost Estimation & Rate Analysis Support cost estimation activities by identifying basic material and labor rates and understanding rate analysis for standard work items. Tendering & Procurement Support Lead hospital construction/renovation projects involving MEP & biomedical systems. Manage vendor selection, contracts, and service agreements. Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Act as liaison between contractors, consultants, and hospital management.
