About the role: Full time (on-site)
We are looking for a Growth associate to build Rishihood's credibility through real relationships, getting our founder on the right podcasts, bringing respected educators to campus, and showing up authentically in the online conversations our students and parents are already having.
What will you do
Source and book founder/leadership appearances on external podcasts
Plan and coordinate on-campus activations with educators and known experts
Build authentic, ongoing presence on Quora and Reddit, answering real questions, never posting promotions
Document and share stories of student founder
