We are a growing BIM and construction services startup looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base and generate recent business opportunities in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry.

Job Summary

We are looking for a B2B sales/business development professional who can independently identify potential clients, generate leads, approach decision-makers, understand their requirements, pitch our BIM and construction services, and convert prospects into customers.

This is primarily a sales and business development role, not a social-media-only marketing position.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B leads in the BIM, construction, architecture and engineering sectors.
- Research construction companies, contractors, architects,



consultants, developers and other potential clients.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Present and pitch our BIM and construction services to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/BIM team.
- Schedule client meetings and demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals and quotations in coordination with the team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Track leads, meetings, proposals, conversions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
