Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Technical Recruiter to support hiring across Manufacturing, Engineering, Steel Operations, Infrastructure, Projects, and EPC functions. The role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of technical professionals across factory, project, and corporate functions while ensuring timely closure of critical positions.

The ideal candidate should possess solid experience in recruiting for engineering, plant operations, maintenance, quality, projects, construction, and industrial services roles. Exposure to large-scale hiring, manpower mobilization, stakeholder management, and recruitment analytics will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and workforce plans.
- Prepare job descriptions and candidate specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, consultants, industry networks, and direct hiring channels.
- Screen,



shortlist, and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
- Manage offer negotiations and candidate closures.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
- Drive closure of positions within agreed recruitment SLAs.
