Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop comprehensive reports summarizing findings and recommendations for clients.
Job Requirements :
- 3.9-10 years of experience in investment banking or a related field.
- Robust understanding of due diligence procedures on both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in preparing clear, concise reports that communicate effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
